Biscotti, meaning “twice baked”, is originally an Italian cookie that is hard and crispy and is traditionally dunked in wine, coffee etc. Being baked twice made these cookies very easy to store for extended periods of time and therefore was historically used by soldiers and explorers.
The Naughty Cookie Co has put a different spin on these traditional cookies…in creating her own recipes she has created a “dunking optional” cookie that tastes delectable without the need to soak up other flavors.
